Return Process

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your return package.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure the original packing slip is included inside.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
